SA Property Management Registration

A Property Management Registration issued by SA Consumer and Business Services (CBS) will allow you to be employed by a licensed land agent in a leasing role.

This course requires the completion of 13 units of competency. Successful completion of this course will provide you with the prescribed training requirements needed for application to SA CBS for a Property Management Registration.

SA Sales Representative Registration

A Sales Representative Registration (limited to sales) issued by SA Consumer and Business Services (CBS) will allow you to be employed by a licensed land agent in a sales, business broking, or stock and station role.

This course requires the completion of 19 units of competency. Successful completion of this course will provide you with the prescribed training requirements needed for application to SA CBS for a Sales Representative Registration.

SA Unrestricted Registration (sales and property management)

An Unrestricted Registration (sales representative and property management registration) issued by SA Consumer and Business Services (CBS) will allow you to be employed by a licensed land agent in a sales, leasing, business broking or stock and station role.

This course requires the completion of 27 units of competency. Successful completion of this course will provide you with the prescribed training requirements needed for application to SA CBS for a Sales Representative Registration and Property Management Registration.

SA Land Agent Licence

A Land Agent Licence issued by SA Consumer and Business Services (CBS) will allow you to work as a licensed land agent in a sales, leasing, business broking, or stock and station role. You may run your own agency and hire sales representatives and property managers to work under your supervision.

This course requires the completion of 36 units of competency, Successful completion of this course meets the educational requirements needed for application to SA CBS for a Land Agent Licence.

SA Auctioneer Accreditation (for salespeople and licensees)

An auctioneer accreditation allows land agents and sales representatives to complete sale of land by auction.

This course requires completion of one unit of competency: CPPREP4162 Conduct and complete sale by auction.

Successful completion of this course meets the educational requirements needed for application as a land agent/sales representative to SA Consumer and Business Services (CBS) for an auctioneer accreditation.

SA Unrestricted Registration Upgrade (for property managers)

An unrestricted registration (sales representative and property management registration) issued by SA Consumer and Business Services (CBS) will allow you to be employed by a licensed land agent in a sales, leasing, business broking, or stock and station role.

This course is appropriate for property managers wanting to upgrade to unrestricted registration (sales representative and property management registration).

This upgrade course requires the completion of 14 units of competency. Successful completion of this course will provide you with the prescribed training requirements needed as a property manager for application to SA CBS for a Sales Representative Registration.

SA CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management)

Successful completion of this course will provide students with a CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management). It is important to note that the occupational licensing body in South Australia – Consumer and Business Services (CBS) – does not require licence/registration applicants to complete solely this qualification to apply to work in the SA property industry, and completion of this qualification will not guarantee a successful licence/registration application with CBS.
