NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)

A Class 2 real estate licence allows you to be employed by a licensed Class 1 real estate agent in a sales, leasing, or business broking role.

This course is most appropriate for those who hold a current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration (real estate category).

The CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice may also be completed by Class 1 licensees wishing to upgrade to an unrestricted licence. Please contact us to confirm eligibility prior to enrolment.

This course requires the completion of 18 units of competency. Successful completion of this course (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) meets the educational requirements needed for application to NSW Fair Trading for a Class 2 Real Estate Licence. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate that they have worked as an assistant agent for at least 12 months immediately preceding application.

NSW Class 2 Stock and Station Licence (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)

A Class 2 stock and station licence allows you to be employed by a licensed Class 1 stock and station agent in a stock and station sales or leasing role.

This course is most appropriate for those who hold a current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration (stock and station category).

This course requires the completion of 18 units of competency. Successful completion of this course (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) meets the educational requirements needed for application to NSW Fair Trading for a Class 2 Stock and Station Licence. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate that they have worked as an assistant agent for at least 12 months immediately preceding application.

NSW Class 2 Dual Licence (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)

A Class 2 dual licence allows you to be employed by a licensed Class 1 real estate/stock and station agent in a sales, leasing, stock and station and/or business broking role.

This course is most appropriate for those who hold a current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration (real estate and stock and station category).

This course requires the completion of 18 units of competency. Successful completion of this course (CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) meets the educational requirements needed for application to NSW Fair Trading for a Class 2 Dual Licence. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate that they have worked as an assistant agent for at least 12 months immediately preceding application.

NSW Class 1 Licence (CPP51122 Diploma of Property [Agency Management])

A Class 1 real estate licence allows you to run an agency and hire Class 2 licensees and assistant agents to work under your supervision.

This course is appropriate for those who hold a current Class 2 licence. Licence currency will be confirmed following payment.

This course requires the completion of 12 units of competency. Successful completion of this course (CPP51122 Diploma of Property [Agency Management]) meets the educational requirements needed for application to NSW Fair Trading for a Class 1 Real Estate Licence. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate that they meet all other application requirements as set out by NSW Fair Trading.

NSW Auctioneer Accreditation

An auctioneer accreditation allows real estate and stock and station agents (Class 1 and Class 2) to complete sales by auction.

This course requires the completion of three units of competency. Successful completion of this course meets the educational requirements needed for application as a licensee to NSW Fair Trading for an auctioneer accreditation.

NSW Dual Licence Upgrade (for real estate licensees)

A Dual Licence (real estate and stock and station) allows you to work in a sales, leasing, stock and station and/or business broking role.

This course is appropriate for:

• Class 2 real estate licensees wanting to upgrade to Class 2 Dual Licence

• Class 1 real estate licensees wanting to upgrade to Class 1 Dual Licence

This upgrade course requires the completion of 5 units of competency. Successful completion of this course meets the educational requirements needed for application to NSW Fair Trading for a Dual Licence. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate that they meet all other application requirements as set out by NSW Fair Trading.

NSW Dual Licence Upgrade (for stock and station licensees)

A Dual Licence (real estate and stock and station) allows you to work in a sales, leasing, stock and station and/or business broking role.

This course is appropriate for:

• Class 2 stock and station licensees wanting to upgrade to Class 2 Dual Licence

• Class 1 stock and station licensees wanting to upgrade to Class 1 Dual Licence

This upgrade course requires the completion of 3 units of competency. Successful completion of this course meets the educational requirements needed for application to NSW Fair Trading for a Dual Licence. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate that they meet all other application requirements as set out by NSW Fair Trading.
